Spidermans: The new flexibility / dynamic stretch and the X-band Box Walk

There are a few modifications to this as you will see in the video. The one that I use mostly on patients (after they do a full routine of Foam Rolling on the entire lower extremities), is the Spiderman with elbow to in-step for 1 lap. This specific training works with the whole LE, ankles, knees, hips (in slight ER), mid and upper thoracic muscles, posterior shoulder.
