Isolated Eccentric Loading of the wrist extensors using the T-bar

The following was from an article that was forwarded to me by Nora. I have tried this technique on two of my Tennis elbow patients and it has given me amazing results. This is probably more cost-effective for patients to buy and use... Almost all of the studies I have read about Tennis Elbow rehab is a huge emphasis on Eccentric loading of the wrist extensors. This technique just does that.
